The mad RAT RACE…. for the CHEESE !!
Starting
with today’s incident which managed to be a news headline in a local newspaper
stated, old-aged couple abandoned by their son dedicated rest of their life to
serve the people of their kind. This news may not look a great deal at once,
but STOP!! Rewind few seconds back of your life and rethink what compelled me
to write this article.
We all dream to be successful,
own a penthouse at the prime locations of the cosmos, own a rolls Royce ;) the
only difference is that majority of them
just daydream while others with a determined will take on the challenges
of life to achieve their dreams. No matter what the dreams are, but the common
traits observed in the second class of people is that they are obsessed about
their dreams, you think that’s a positive quality!! HELL yeah, undoubtedly ,
but think of a scenario when a simple clerk of a firm dreams to be an employee
of the same firm, an employee dreams big to be a zonal manager and the manager
dreams to be a C.E.O. with such obsessions imagine a thousands of thousands of
people ready to take them down!!! This certainly give rise to RAT RACE that I
mentioned above J
In such a wild goose chase, we often ignore the scenic journey of life,
we ignore its ups and downs and the presence of
some special people around us, just because either we are were busy
remorsing for our failures or being intoxicated by our success.
Once a dude said me,
time flows at a constant rate , its us who gets wasted being mislead by this
amazing rat race to get a single piece of cheese. Why can’t we understand there
is ample cheese for everyone , the failure to find the place where to search it
may cause the only failure.
The old-aged couple ,
that I mentioned earlier admitted in their newspaper interview that , they were
so involved in worldly pleasures that they even ignored the minute streaks of
family bondage that they shared with their son , and now their son is doing the
same, who are to be blamed!! First teachers are always the parents
What I want
to convey is here is that , fly high, race even jump get knocked down but when
you are done doing it to show off to others , take a deep breath , get off the
race enjoy the cheese crumbs scattered all over the edge because at the end it
is all that matters .
